What Separates Us from Our Competitors: Customer Service

Wednesday, 18 February 2009 04:50 by treym
Home Delivery Medical carries a full line of adult incontinence products, daily living aids, personal care items, and diabetic supplies much like our competitors.  What separates us from them is that we can sell these products while providing the best customer service in the industry! Check out this article on Yahoo! regarding our performance, "Home Delivery Medical Transforms Customer Service on the Web for Seniors and Home Care Providers."  Our customer service philosophy: treat our customer like you would a family member.

As you can see from the article listed above, not only does Home Delivery Medical provide you with the products you need, but we are doing it with the customer front and center. Mike L from Port Henry, NY had this to say about his experience, "I wouldn't hesitate using
HomeDeliveryMedical.com again. I will be recommending their site to all of my friends and family for all of their homecare needs."  Consider this handwritten Home Delivery Medical Testimonial by Annie B. from Columbia, SC.pdf (212.51 kb).  She too plans to recommend Home Delivery Medical to her friends and family and was truly impressed by the level of sincere service she received.

Check us out...you will be pleasantly surprised!

What is MRSA

Thursday, 8 January 2009 05:32 by Admin
MRSA is the acronym for methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus. It is a type of staph infection that is resistant to antibiotics sunch as methicillin, penicillin and amoxicillin. Because MRSA can be transferred via person to person contact, some settings are more conductive to the transmission of MRSA, includeing schools, doemitories, military barracks, households, correctional facilities and day care centers, etc.

Good hand hygiene is one of the best defenses against MRSA. Because MRSA can be transferred fromperson to person contact, washing with soap and water or using an alcohol-based hand sanitizer is the best defense.

To find out more about MRSA, different types of MRSA, how it manifest itself, how to prevent MRSA, commonly asked questions, etc. go to the Home Delivery Medical web site and also read this document, Good Hand Hygiene: One of the Best Defenses Against MRSA
