1 – Measure the hips or waist, whatever is larger. Measure hipbone to hipbone and over the stomach.

2 – After obtaining the hipbone to hipbone measurement, double the measurement and add to inches.

3 – Sizes of briefs:

Youth = 15” to 22” (white)

Small = 20” to 31” (green)

Medium = 32” to 44” (white)

Regular = 40” to 48” (lavender)

Large = 45” to 58” (blue)

X-Large = 59” to 64” (beige)

If you are larger than the X-Large size you should look into pant liners. They have a full-length adhesive strip and can be worn inside underwear. There are a variety of pant liners from very small ones to light stress incontinence or ‘dribbling’, to large super absorbent overnight products.
